Kind staff, friendly communication, prime location. I loved a standard decor and stylish furniture. The Irish bar in the hotel had lots of bottled tea and refreshments throughout the day.
Everything was fab except the room that definitely had to be was n't cleaned the first night.

We had a fantastic stay in a long time. Stayed here before, loved staff and location. The bedroom was upstairs and had an absolutely gorgeous view on pool. It was located in a domestic area. The setting was also just a walk down to windsor baptist church. Main bar and covered pool.
We were given room that could have been was n't cleaned the first night.

Excellent experience there. Pristine property with a FAIRLY GOOD breakfast. The room was Victorian and clean, I loved it. Marvellous service provided there too.
Communication was challenging, signal was very weak.

This hotel is equal to 4 stars. Staff and food were nice, attractive and competitive value for money. Suite was with an individual safe, a satellite TV and a dining area.

Staff was really helpful, overall experience was great! Views were incredible! Found The Wellie Bar & Grill with perfect drinks 500 metres away. Besides, it was nice to have free parking.
-
The apartment was clean, parking facilities were good. Perfect location, near good restaurants
-

On arrival, the lady at reception was polite, helpful and friendly. We stayed in an apartment which is actually two doors down from the hotel but was outstanding in terms of space, value and ammenities. Bar was warm and homely - definitely recommend to family and friends :)
-
Staff could not have been nicer, especially on reception. Lee Ann, on Sunday morning even came out to the snow covered car park to help guide me out. Bar food was great and reasonably priced. Free car parking - great.

We stayed in one of the apartments which were a fantastic size and very comfortable. The staff in the hotel were extremely nice and could not have been more helpful
The restaurant was very quite but this may gave been more to do with the time of year we were there

Lovely spacious room and very friendly and helpful staff. It was a holiday weekend with many student parties nearby making a lot of noise, but our room at the back of the hotel was quiet and we were not disturbed by them.
Breakfast neither day not very well managed. shown to our table first day and then left alone for some time until I went to the breakfast bar for juice at which point I was finally asked for our choice of tea or coffee, but had to ask for toast later when the coffee arrived. Second day staff much more efficient with guests, but not monitoring supplies at the hot buffet, and we were left with not much choice of food. But we had enough to eat on both days and what was there was tasty and not dried up as sometimes happens with a hot buffet.

The room that we had did not have heating or a television that was working.I phoned the reception on numerous occasions. Someone was sent up but it was obvious that the heating was not working,We also told him about the television. I phoned numerous times until it got to the point that I was wearing my coat I phoned again and was told that they were trying to find a heater which I did think was the correct thing to do.So I said I wanted another room.I do not think that a room was going to be offered but as I instisted I was given a room which was an up grade. The room was great and very warm and the TV worked. The impression that I got was that I should feel lucky that I was getting another room. After this I enjoyed my stay

The room was very nice, at front of hotel overlooking road, with nice big bay windows. Reception staff very friendly
Only criticism was that bar staff in early evening (Sun) were completely unable to cope with the small amount of customers there at the time, which caused a few issues.
