We needed a place for enjoyment, everything was first-class. They provided an amazing breakfast with sausage/bacon and pastries, for instance.

The welcome I received at the hotel was absolutely fantastic. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The room I stayed in was enormous, with a super king bed that was incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was exceptional. Even though I arrived late due to my husband being in the hospital, the hotel made sure to have food waiting for me. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating and I am incredibly grateful for their kindness. The breakfast the next morning was brilliant, and the eggs Benedict was simply sumptuous. I can't wait to come back to this wonderful hotel very soon.

Room had jacuzzi bath, separate shower, and comfortable bed. Staff, especially Daryl, was amazing. Free upgrade to executive suite on anniversary. Breakfast was fantastic, servers were friendly. Martin helped ensure preferred room and arranged coffee while waiting.

Had a great stay during Thanksgiving! The staff was friendly, efficient, and the comfy bed was exceptional! The public areas were nice, and there was plenty of room in the car park. Loved the easy access to the city center and university. Prices were competitive. Had a small issue with our room, but the staff responded quickly and lent us a fan that solved the issue.
We had a couple of small inconveniences during our stay. The room was a bit stuffy, but the staff provided a fan to help us with that.
